Shipping and Returns

 

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES - All duties and charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, Summer Sun Label is not responsible for any customs fees..
    • International orders receive full tracking information. You will receive an email at the time dispatch so that you can track your order. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@summersunlabel.com

     

    RETURNS POLICY

    • We do not offer refunds on goods for change of mind.
    • We offer store-credit or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchange on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.
    • We will accept a return for faulty items that are unworn only. Faulty items must be approved via email before shipping. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as Summer Sun Label cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost.
    • Customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs, if they are applied.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange or returns on swimwear items so please choose carefully.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    • Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@summersunlabel.com to arrange a return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. All items must be returned in new condition with tags in place. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Summer Sun Label. We reserve the right to repair or replace.
    • Summer Sun Label reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

     

    SALE

    Sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale goods. No credit note will be provided for sale items. This includes SAMPLE SALE pieces.
